Tried to follow a time lapse video that I downloaded somewhere long time ago .. This is where I arrived after 2 hrs of sculpting .. I should say I really had a hard time sculpting the lips .. happy sculpting :)

Benz Almost Ready .,.!!.,.

Everyone knows about the sleek Benz SLK 230. So famous for its retractable roof .. But my model doesn't have one . I promise, I will complete the car with the retractable roof, but not right now as am I have got other things to do ..

I have almost given it a general look. But still there are some finer details to be added, like audio system, gear leaver, speed dials . I have plans of doing those after completing the roof..

I have also modeled a dinosaur, but still dint finish it completely. There is some work to be done on the head part.. I think next week i will be posting it ..

I accept there are some tweaks here and there .. That is because I really lost my patience in doing this model and dint go back to give it a finer look ;-(

Occlusion Does Wonder !!

Many of you asked me why I'm posting my works in simple grey scale and many suggested why not use the occlusion pass shader ? And here I'm guys with my 3D models rendered in Ambient Occlusion Pass Shader ... Thanks for all your valuable suggestions, for without those my models would not have felt the three dimensional depth :-)

Back with Benz!!!

Hi guys

Am sorry for not being active all these days ... Well this is the next car model which am working on. Its a Benz SLK 320. I have still got a lot of work to do in this. As am working only 2 or 3 hours a day, it may take another 2 days to finish and show you the complete model.

texturing and lighting are yet to be done .. both are really interesting things and it deserves some good decent time to be spent.. i have great plans for that later, rather than wasting my time in experimenting while am learning modeling now ..
so u have to wait to see Ferrari standing in the showroom :-)
